Welcome to Twin City, when you arrive at twin city look in your inventory.
go to elf city there are 4 monster types which has safe spawns to get
power levelled safely

Explanation:
robe/cap/gown
From level 78 onwards, a pure leech water tao would be dealing mostly with magic mobs
with the robe/cap/bag it gives you as high mdef as possible giving you very little amount
of damage from magic mobs

Rainbow Gems gives you additional exp for hit exp, kill exp, team kill exp

Part III - Duties
===============================================
1) cast stigma on your power leveller team (all archers in team, all trojans/warriors in team)
2) dont go AFK unless you see to it that your team is well taken care of by another water tao
3) always bring with you some man pots, you might be the tanker in the middle of magic mobs hindering
your ability to regain stamina
===============================================
Part IV - Extra Tips
===============================================
1) use kneel instead of sit when in the middle of magic mobs, it regains stamina slower than
sitting but your stamina wont be halve if you got hit
2) marry a high level archer when you decide to go the magic mob route
marry a trojan when you decide to go on the physical monster route
3) always bring with you a noob ( a player who is below the ideal level ) and your spouse
4) equip as many sockets as you can. and put as many rainbows on your sockets
5) do your duties specially from lvl97 onwards and you will be loved by the people who frequent as basilisks
6) a water tao designed to be a support character NEVER EVER LEVEL ALONE
7) if your pleveller can 1 hit hawkings, stay at hawkings before lvl 70
8) cast stigma / SOA on yourself before casting on team mates, that way you will know when their stigma/ SOA
