In this guide ill explain hopefully everything you need to know and update it frequently

[2]Why am I making this guide?
I'm making this because I've lost my trojan items and played an archer on another server for a while after that I started to value the trojan class that is really much more fun to play.
Another reason Is, that It seems that many new players that Start a trojan Might have a Hard time to play it and they like I did wont know the real strength of trojans
And finally the final one is That I'm bored and I want to make a big major FAQ like the ones In gamefaqs.com

[5]What Is a trojan?
Well In Conquer online there are 5 classes a trojan is one of them.
The trojan is definitely one of the best classes to play even if the other classes got their own functionalities and advantages.
The trojan stands for bravery - Unlike the warrior the trojan kills his opponents very fast but the price for that power is that you receive high damage even from monsters at the first levels and early mid levels
Trojans use melee attacks to level and can hold two weapons at the same time which is the biggest advantage about being a trojan that It will have along all the levels out there. Because of having two one handed weapons equipped at the same time the trojan gains the following advantage:
-50% more damage (more accurately 50% of the left slot/right hand weapon damage not counting the gems inside or the +X value of the weapon (Ill explain that later))
-Extra two sockets that can be gained easily(Sockets in weapons are a lot more common and easy to get the in equipments, Ranged classes cant have equipment in their left weapon slot and there fore cant have gems socketed in it at all, Gems are a very important factor of a characters strength)
-But with all those advantages you still have to afford a decent 2nd weapon to hold which costs extra cash, Whats more trojan items are expansive.
Over all trojans are a melee class that delivers and takes high damage .

[6]Trojans pros and cons.
Trojan pros:
-Trojans are a stable class especially at the higher levels, It never gets too hard to level all of a sudden like archers or taos, They can level solo and they don't need much money to level and they only gain money from leveling anyway(except if you go poor defense at levels 67-70 and 72-77 but thats not constant loss of money for leveling like archers or taos)
-Trojans are the most reliable class in co!
They almost never die one hit, Only thing that can one hit a trojan at the same levels is a good reborn trojan with some socket armor, Not being one hit means you wont get town or surprise killed, You always have the chance to run away.
-And trojans one hit others!
Only at high levels thou but its still a great advantage since you can do town kills and surprise kills, and your opponent cant run away once it is dead,
-Trojans have high hp,
They can take more hits then other classes and like taos they can heal themselves too.
-Trojans got fancy skills
You will never be bored with skills if you are a trojan, You have access to all the weapon skills, The competitive high score board cyclone skill which also pwns in pvp(playerVSplayer) and hunting items, The mighty Hercules skill that will get you more kills then anything else in pvp, And yeah trojans can heal and turn into slowish 50,000 hp monsters too...
Also trojans skills are very easy to level up unlike taoists for example.
-Trojans wield duel weapons.
As I explained above.
It also gives you access to two weapon specific skills at once.

Also if you got really low ping like 300- you are really stupid not to play a trojan unless you really like warriors with the skill fastblade(which trojans got too)
And yeah trojans got many other bright sides That I won't mention here since you will find them yourselves when you play....

And now... On what parts Trojans screw you up:
-Trojans are hard to level on lower levels:
Especially if you don't know what are you doing but that's why I'm here for anyway. but even if you know what you are doing, until levels 90+ you wont level near as as fast as an archer or a warrior for example.

-Trojans equipment is VERY expansive
prepare to save every junk you loot to get that elite two socketed club.
Not to mention that trojans need two weapons anyway.

-Trojans die fast and die all the time.
If you don't kill, then you die: even if you run away a ranged class might get you if you don't have potions stocked up or at least a town scroll.

-A trojan with ping above 1000 average is worthless.
You just wont hit anything and the die fast part will become die all the time part.

-Low levels male trojan armors look plain ***
There are some that look really cool but half of them is a shame to run around at.

and concourse there are a lot of downfalls along the way to become a strong trojan so try hard and don't quit: you will eventually laugh at what failed you first.

[7]Should I play a trojan then?
Not everyone plays a trojan ofcource and there are four other classes to choose from...
Basically if you are dedicated to go to high levels, and made sure your ping is low enough you can and should play a trojan...
If you got too much ping you should reconsider, You will be a punching bag for your enemies.
If you have read all of the downsides of a trojan and decided that You don't care, you want to be one anyway then here we go create your level one intern trojan and read on(I wonder if anyone going to print this )
After you read the games description about how trojans are mighty at the battlefield and never retreat and blabla:P you choose a small or a big body figure a big one will help you block shops and stuff and you will look like some masculine barbarian that wears clothes too small of his size, On the small figure you will look like a martial arts master oh yea and small figures are harder to click on so you can hide behind things which is REALLY useful in pvp.
After your character was made You will enter the birth village.
Talk to all the npc's in that town and then talk to Know-It-All to teleport you out to twin city once you are ready to enter the world of conquer, You will recive from him the basic newbie weapons three potions and 100 silvers as a gift.
When you are in twin city you will take a first glance at the world of conquer as it really is, As someone that's starting the game all alone with no other characters to support him you should level on your own or in a party with your own level to get to know the game better and gain extra wealth from the monsters, before going out to fight you should do the following things:
-Take a look at twin city and all of its npcs, Talk to them and maybe try to do some of the newbie quests that they offer.(stay out of the npc that changes your warehouse password for now)
-Read the instant help for your level its that flashing "?" button.
-Go to the Shop keeper npc and buy a level one Iron Ring that will boost your attack power and will help you level faster.
-Make sure to read the website a bit after you are back to town and tiered of your first adventure.
-Any flashing thing like a meteor a dragonball or a refined item should go to the warehouse at once since it is very rare and expansive for your level now when your gold in the inventory is more then 2000 put it in the warehouse too, because you drop gold and items when you die.
-Make sure to always get the weapons of the highest level you can wear at the moment as soon as you reach that level.
If you feel that you level too slow you can get power leveled by a higher player and level a lot faster and gain some gold on the way too, but make sure to be polite and use full sentences with no "plz" in them to have a better chance to get in the team or just for your own safety... Also for your safety only don't steal the monster drops from a high leveled player. If the team is full just try to find another team because there are plenty trying to get in to the one that is full will only waste your own time.
Once you have reached level 15 go to the job center and talk to trojan star to promote you, You will receive some xp skills(by now you should know what xp skills are, if no then head over to the website and read a bit)I will explain more about trojan specific skills later on.
You will also receive a normal level 15 trojan armor.
You should now replace your blade with a club or a glaive
Try to find a level 15 coroncet or get one from players since you wont be able to buy low level coroncets from NPCs
And ofcource you should have a neckle a ring and a pair of boots at your level.
As for glaives and clubs:
You most likely don't want to use one two handed weapon at levels 40+ and use two weapons, That's why you have started a trojan right?
A glaive is a good solution to get to level 40 fast and get the option to wear two weapons at once, However once you do reach level 40 you will have to level the club weapon proficiency and maybe the weapon's you want to use together with a club proficiency(I will explain about weapon combinations and proff later on)
To buy a glaive or a different two handed weapon(glaive is the best)You have to go out of twin city and talk to the npc conductress, she will teleport you to phoenix castle for a fee of 100 gold(you might want to take on some newbie quests in phoenix castle), If you don't have that much then just walk to the south east corner of the map around twin city and in either way you end up near a portal, enter it and now you are in the maple forest surrounding the phoenix castle there will be level 32 bandits on your way to the city and they will hurt a lot if they will hit you so if you don't want to die and drop money on your way dodge them and walk patiently instead of rushing your way and dieing.
Once you are in the town Find the blacksmith that will sell you a glaive for 550 gold.
If you want to plan for the future and want the clubs then you should keep going east of phoenix castle in the same map until yea reach a small river and a bridge crossing it to a grassy field with winged snakes that also hurt if they hit you but less then the bandits, go to the upper corner of that area and you will enter a cave behind a waterfall, The monsters in that cave are MUCH stronger then the ones outside and will hit more accurately so watch out, You might see some high level players training in there or some really high level players hunting items and power leveling newbies(the team is almost always full anyway)
you must go to the upper side of that cave and you will see a blacksmith that can sell you clubs and axes. buy the club for your level (the level 15 one costs 550 silver as well as the glaive)
Once you have gotten your trojan gears and know where to get your future gears you have to level up to level 30 and save up money for weapon skill scrolls, every weapon got some and almost every skill is a good idea to get, some cost as low as 10,000 silver and some cost as much as 100,000, If you sold some meteors at the right price(check how much people are selling them for the correct one of your server)you should have enough to buy them with no problem at all.
For those glaive users its a good time to start using a club and get the rage skill.
Shortly said the rage skill is the best weapon skill in the game -> it has an area attack it activates automatically once a while and it does more damage, allowing you to level MUCH faster when fighting more then one monster but ofcource you get hit more often so carry more life potions when hunting, Infact fill up all your inventory with potions each time from now buy one town scroll and only leave a few empty slots for items.
Now you have only 10 levels to go until reaching your second promotion as a trojan, Veteran trojan.
Veteran trojan gets three new skills:
Healing,Robot,Herculess - I will explain them in detail in other sections of the FAQ
By now you should have enough money to buy some refine or unique equipments... but its more recommended to look for fixed ones - They have stats better then supers but cannot be upgraded and sell cheap. You should know what's rare and for how much you sell it and start saving up for unique two socket weapons. You wont afford elites anytime's soon unless you mined some rare gems and anything below unique two socket aint worth it, if you cant afford unique two socketed buy fixed weapons, Don't get the much cheaper 1soc or non soc ones, there for noobs :P.
after you slowly get your weapons(I'm positive that with decent luck and buying the right stuff from the right people you will get it by level 70 for SURE, but most likely by levels50-60)You must buy four normal rainbow gems, each one gives you 10% extra experience at all times even in the training grounds.
If you have all four of them you will make a level by the time you should have reached 80~ percent without. or better explained if you get 1000 exp per hit(no I dont say you should get 1000exp It's just an example)you will get 1400 with the gems.
Anyway you will level normally until level 70(by the way fixed weapons highest level is 52 after that you need to get your first elites)
Once you are level 70 you will get promoted to Tiger trojan for an emrald that is dropped by hill monsters lvl 72 in the desert , or bought in the market for a small fee.
And get a normal amour for level 70 from the promotion which can be sold to the npc for some little teleporting cash :P You will need to save for an elite +2 armor and coroncet and at least a refine/unique boots and neckle at this level.
By this time I guess you have learned many things about the game world and trojans in general.
You will be able to hunt apes and gain extra money now and improve your weapons and whatever you like.
By level 87 you will take -1 damage from birdman and you wont need pots to level until hawkings which hit you for 1-50s and after that nothing will hit you for less then -2 unless its higher level then you.
By level 100-102 you should have already power leveled a few people and have gotten some virtue points. you should go to level in the labyrinth at once to level MUCH faster then any other class except maybe warriors that go to the labyrinth as well but their super man wont pay back for their low damage as good as in the lower levels anymore and you will have two more sockets with more gems then them so trojans can level faster in the labby.
You should refer to my labyrinth guide for more information on what you need to do until you reach the 120+s.

As you may have noticed I explained In less and less detail as the levels went up since many of the information you will need will be in the following sections and you probably will learn it way earlier then reaching those levels from the website.

[9]Lazy mans leveling guide
lvl 1-15: buy a lvl 1 attack ring and start reading instant help.
lvl 15-30 Get a coroncet from other players and buy a glaive or a club from an npc.
lvl 30-40 buy the passive weapon skills for your weapon.
lvl40-70 save up for two 2 soc unique or refine clubs
lvl 70-87get an elite +2 armor and coroncet.
lvl 87-100 you take -1 damage from monsters
lvl 100+ go read my labby guide you lazy bum!!

[10]Weapons

Club:
The must-have weapon for the trojan of all ages. It is low dex so you will need to use this combined with a dexterity ring.
At higher levels it's dex bonus goes up a bit but still is rather low.
Its damage is the low minimum and high maximum one like axes, scepters, hammers and so on. which means you will get pretty random damage.
Weapon skill:
Rage - The BEST weapon skill of all: you name it and you get it.
Max activation rate is 45% and the damage goes up to 145%
Nuff to one lucky hit higher level players or do scary damages with direct hits.A must-have to level fast.
Max lvl 10


Blade:
Some say its the best weapon to pvp with and balance club dex and damage for leveling.
blades got a decent high yet stable dmg.... not as much max dmg as the club but the min is still higher.
Blades are good for pvp because of:
Weapon skill:
Fastblade -
A great pvp skill that allows melee classes to do somewhat ranged attacks. Shoots a line that does nice damage(100% weapon which is good for a ranged attack) in a straight line and is really hard to hit with(with practice you will be able to)
the higher the skill level the longer the skills range.
It's not that useful when it comes to leveling anyway.
Max lvl 5


Axe -
It's pretty much the same as the club in the weapon stats and the only difference is the looks and the skill:
Weapon skill:
Earthquake - It has a really low activation rate and it only goes up to 28pct but when it does activate it stuns the monster you hit with it for a while with no extra damage.
It's nice to reduce damage when leveling and when combined with the hammer skill you get 56% stun rate that is really helpful in metzone since trojan dies fast by the Meteor Dove and doesn't really do a good damage to it.


Hammer -
Its EXACTLY the same as an axe only its a lot uglier.
Weapon skill : Boom
It's the same as the axe skill.
can combine an axe and a hammer to gain 56% stun rate.


Sword -
It's a very good weapon to balance clubs:
It has a low damage but a decent minimum damage also it adds a lot of dex which allows you to use an attack ring yet not miss so often or at all. Its good looking and has a cool skill
Weapon skill : Phoenix
It's REALLY hard to level up but each level it gets much better then the last one and has a cooler effect.
Phoenix also has a high activation rate compared to most skills and a small damage increase.
(NOTE: anyone can post their phoenix pics so I can show all the levels here?)
Scent sword:
The same like fastblade only with a much more fancy effect...
It does less damage because sword damage without phoenix is a bit low so people prefer fastblade.


Whip-
It got low damage like a sword and it also comes with decent dex...
Unlike the other weapons listed above whips are very cheap to get but are still not bad looking and a GREAT weapon to combine with a club especially at higher levels.
Weapon skill : Roamer
It does splash damage to all enemies in front of you with a decent range
but the damage at low skill levels is less then the weapon damage although it raises to a bit more then the weapon damage later.
activation rate is the same as rage so combined with a club you get 90% of your attacks do area effect this might sound great but leveling weapon proficiency this way can be truly a hell combining a whip and club is good only for higher level players.
the damage with this skill goes up from 90% to 108%


Scepter
The attention seekers choice. The scepters damage and dex rates are the same as a club, axe and etc...
But there really cheap means that if you have budget problems and look for a cute yet reliable weapon the scepter is the thing for you.
Weapon skill : Celestial
It does small extra damage with a LOW activation rate which isn't that useful as other weapons....
activation rates are 10-19% and damage goes up to 128% of the weapon


The hook is also mostly an attention seekers choice but its damage is more like a blades damage - Stable high minimum and maximum.
hooks are also incredibly cheap since no one uses them.
Weapon skill : Seizer
It's hard to level It has a low activation rate of 15%-30% and low extra damage with no AOE only goes up to 114% of your weapon.


It does really low damages compared to most weapons but on the other hand it has a high frequency which means you hit faster and also if you have even only one dagger equipped you will never miss no matter what due to high dex.
Daggers are mega cheap to buy and are also an attention seekers weapon that looks nice but isn't way too practical
Weapon skill : penetration
It's a weird skill That has the lowest activation rate among all the rest but it does insane amounts of damage from 180% to 24& which is nice but I think other weapons can be more useful.

As for two handed weapons -

There almost all alike except some differences:

The best one is the glaive:
It got the average two handed weapon damage that means it's quite stable looks cool and has the wide strike skill with the max activation rate of 38% and damage of 180% with insane range which means you will hit many monsters with it but you will have to master mobbing them to actually make a great use of it unlike the rage skill.
a glaive like all the other two handed weapons got a speed of 90 that's a bit slower the one handed ones

a poleaxe - It got the same skill as glaive only with low dex yet high damage... its speed is also the slowest in the game(only 80 freq)
The halberd - It got the same stats as a glaive only its skill has 45% activation rate with less damage to monsters (130%-139%)
The spear got the common two handed stats only its skill is the best two handed weapon pvp skill - The speedgun does a long splash damage in the shape of a line with fair activation rate of 47% when its fixed and its damage is really fancy - goes up to 210%
Long hammer - A way cooler looking mega rare clone of the poleaxe... They say its area damage is sector based which is better But its pretty much the same.And they don't sell longhammers at the npc shops.
Wand - Got the basic two handed states like a glaive but its skill is a clone of rage.. I would go with clubs unless I want the cool wand looks.

Overall the two handed weapons aren't recommended for a trojan at all and are mostly warrior weapons, A warrior can make much a better use of them with his one hit superman and it wont loose damage by removing his shield.

Trojan gathering money tips
We all are not rich. most of us anyway.
A trojan doesn't need money for leveling, a trojan can get rares and money while leveling unlike archers or taos.but when it comes to that rare super+4 =D~~ or that socketed armor... most of us will never get the money from plain leveling and will have to get extra money by hunting it specifically.
Trojans arent such a good money hunters but a good trojan can still be a competition for a tao firecircle for example.

level 1-15 : Try to do some newbie quests like looting pk tickets or just anything on the website, They Give a huge amount of money for your level.
level 15-40:Go to mine at the jail or the twin city mine, collect some ores from other players keep the eux ores to do the 8000 exp quest and occasionally mine some gems that you can sell for a profit. Hunting on lower level monsters isn't that effective but you might get something so who knows.
level 40-70:
go to mine at the phoenix mine also a lot of quests open up in level 40 so you might try them. Also you can go to pheasants or other low level monsters, get surrounded by them and use Hercules to kill them at once.
levels70-100:mine at the silver mines for straight but a bit slow gold and hunt apes that have good drops... You shouldn't have problems with money when hunting birdman at levels 87 though.
levels 100+id I say mine? you can also cyclone hunt birdmen when you can one hit them that's a gold mine, really.
What's more you can now gain fast money from leveling by going off to the labby which has great drops.
Also now trojans get thier best money making quest : the moonbox! the higher the trojan attack the faster and more moonboxes they get so after you are at the 120+s you might make money only by mining and doing moonbox.(for more info read my moonbox guide )

Good ways to make money :
Gamble, learn how to make sure cash by gambling or at least have good profits.
Learn the way of the trade in co: Buy low and sell high, Don't get anxious when someone is thinking back at buying your stuff, he just wants to buy it at a low price most likely so buy low and sell high my friends.
Go cyclone rush with friends: especially at levels 110+, this is how it works:
You get a water Tao or another guy that can endure hits from the monsters you are hunting, you practice cyclone until you can do 200+ ko and just go mad with cyclne killing everything in your way while your friends collect the drops and share them with you. You might want to go with another trojan and swap turns in cyclone, just make sure you don't get ripped off by him not telling you that you got some rares and taking them for himself.
Do bounties: mostly on those bad reputation pkers out there, after all a trojan can just sneak up to the target kill it and go away with the gold.
You can also kill red names easily with one hit KO and take their elite equipments away.
Make sure you know what you buy and where you upgrade - Don't waste your money on items you never needed like extra weapons you wont use or some fancy super armor that will eat your mets for upgrades.

[12]Trojan equipment
As I said, Most of us aren't rich but this is what you should get at the following levels to be considered a decent trojan, if your equipment is behind your level you should go hunting money asap.

Level 15 -
The lvl 15 coroncet.
The lvl 10 boots.
A club or a glaive.
A lvl 10 attack ring.
The lvl 15 trojan armor.
And a level 7 neckle.

By level 40 -
Most of your gear an especially your armor should be fixed.

By level 70 -
You should get some unique or elite armors when there aren't any fixed ones for your level and have unique two socketed clubs with 4 normal rainbow gems.
Al the rest should be at least refined.

By level 100 -
Unique boots.
Unique neckle.
Unique clubs with x4 rainbow gems.
Elite+2 armor
Elite +2 coroncet.
Unique ring.

By level 112 -
Some good earrings by minimum should be fixed level 52 ones.
Elite clubs +2 with a few refine gems in them
Elite +2 armor and coroncet
Elite ring
unique boots.

By level 120+
Just get what you want but your first priority is to replace the gems in your weapons with 4 refined dragon gems
and make them super +2/3
After that you might want some good elite boots to fight archers.

And that's about everything you should have as a minimum requirement, But remember Its just the minimum so go and improve your gear as best as you can.

[13]PvP as a trojan
Most of us Trojans get owned at our first attempts to kill someone.
That's because trojans need a LOT of skill to go PK'ing and practice makes perfect, The key to pvping a trojan is to know your opponents class(how hard is THAT? lol)not get hit by it as best as you can with more priority to kill is as fast as you can.
Running away as a trojan means certain death unless you have got potions or a town scroll.
P.S - Don't fight thing above your own level and complain you are being wooped.

Well here is how you should fight a certain class:
Taoists - At low levels its maybe better to just take a scroll since you wont even be able to one hit them and once they want to kill you you are dead.
Once you can one hit them with a polearm(around level 70-80)You might use a spear to kill them but most of us don't use spears anyway so Fastblade/ScentSword is your only choice, It's hard but you can at least kill them with some extra potions and luck.
Once you can kill them in two Hercules hits life gets a lot easier, You will actually with some decent skill be a taoist raping machine and invincible to them with potions. anyway to kill a tao its a good idea to predict where it lends after a jump and go there first.
Some stupid taos just strafe or go in circles around you so if you see that predicting where they lend isn't very hard.
Oh and to kill good taos you wont be able to predict where they are gonna jump at all so just see when they are gonna lend or try to trick them.
Oh and one last thing, NEVER let a Tao run from you since it will heal itself and come back anyway.

To kill a warrior -
It's way too easy, You just mock it around with Hercules and unless he/she can fastblade very well or get xp shield on you have already won, Avoid direct hits unless using lag jumps.

To kill another trojan:
Just fight to the death avoid direct hits and see ho got a better character and some skill to use it.

To kill an archer:
It's the same as a Tao for low levels which means too hard to bother,
Archers are more vulnerable to direct hits since they don't hit you from the air and have to stand in order to shoot you.
At high levels when they fly run around them but don't loose them once they lend they are screwed.
If you get pots an archer will not be able to kill you unless you are really stupid and he got a lot of patience..
oh and avoid being stunned by them at higher levels especially in group fights since their is a chance for their allies to attack you.

Some extra pvp tips:
Set ctrl+z as a hotkey to sit(Go to setup, Hotkey from that menu in the bottom of the screen)instead of having f1 as a hotkey to sit.
You should learn to use it after you hit and then jump away to skip the hitting animation and do lag jumps to overcome high pings... Its hard to master to use it right but with some training it will change entirely the way to move around the game.... for good.

When you are about to do a Hercules that this for almost sure you can double click and do double lagjump Hercules... It's very useful in killing things fast.

When using a fastblade try to line up with your opponent to get easy hits. also go out of his line of sight and hit him while he is chasing you and cant dodge it. Also a good idea as just not to hit him until he is out of stamina and he will sit to regain some.

Use your stamina well, It gives you only a small amount of hits with skills so don't miss them for no reason or because you thing by some luck your opponent will get hit.

Be calm and concentrated,
Make sure if you get high pings don't try to hit enemies with fastblade form the air for example.

Get your ping as low as possible. use a proxy to connect to California(where the game servers are) In the u.s faster.
