Ninja Guide

Why choose the path of the Ninja?
The ninja is the Powerhouse of Pking. Taking on any class head on the class of the ninja is by far the strongest released. But it is also said that Ninjas are the class of the rich. This class is very unique in the way that it has no ranged skills (No including Shiruken Vortex) but has Very high Power compared to any other class. You can do very high damage as a ninja but it all depends on your gear. Ninjas are Great to have but annoying to face. You will deal high damage if you get the chance but you will take it too if you get hit.

Advantages + Disadvantages

Advantages
Unique
Very Strong
Nice Jump
Strongest Class (In My Opinion)
Have multiple effective reborn combos
2nd Dual Wielding Class
Disadvantages
Weak to Hercers
Tao’s Do high Damage
Lowest HP

Equipment
In this aspect ninjas are like almost all other classes with all universal gear apart from a unique set of headgear and armor but their headgear is unusual, 1st. It’s the only head gear in the game that looks half decent ? and 2nd it gives 1% more magic defense that earrings but If you already have nice earrings like me then I suggest you just keep them.
Ninjas need good equipment to deal damage and to survive. (HINT: BUY LVL 5 ELITE NINJA GEAR FROM MARKET AND SUPER IT CHEAP!) If you can’t afford at least some super gear or maybe the odd socket or two in there then no offense but ninja may not be for you.

PVP
Non-RB
One word. OWNAGE! Even at the non-reborn stage ninjas still rule but the lack of defense is a let down. But that’s nothing a nice Tower couldn’t fix. As I said ninja is the class for the rich.

1st RB

Very strong giving an extra 30% defense and also you generally have better gear by now so it is VERY strong.

2nd RB
This is what true power is all about. It gives a 50% defense against nonrbs and 1st rbs and 30% against other 2nd rbs also people fear 2nd rbs as they generally have VERY good gear waiting for them and as a 2 RB ninja we all Sure pack a punch. Sure it may be hard to level but perseverance pays off.

PvP Tactics
In PvP as a ninja you are once of the most vulnerable but one of the strongest and in the end it is a combination of Brawn and Brain. Always begin with a Poison Fog for a Taoist or Melee type class to lag them and to lower their hp and drain potions/mana. Then Chase them and predict jumping patterns to meet up and 2fold them landing a devastating KO. Against an Archer begin with Archer Bane and Then Fog then save all stamina for 2fold and KO them asap and the same with taos just don’t Archer Bane them. As said before never let a tao escape as they will heal and hunt you down.

In Guild War

During Guild War there are times when you will need all skills. Toxic Fog to poison important people like Taos and main player or Guild Leaders. Shuriken Vortex on TEAM MODE to kill Water Taos and to hit all enemies whilst taking 1 damage. 2fold Blades to finish off people. Archer Bane to land pesky archers that are killing your members.
Ok enough whining lets get down the the Fun part. Leveling =D
Leveling
Ok Here I go

Level 1-40
I suggest getting Powerlevel’d up to this point and only up to this point so that you don’t get too far behind on your weapon proficiency. Archers are ALWAYS willing to powerlevel low levels because they provide Vp’s which they love.

41-70
Here I suggest you begin your equipment bonus quests and your 3x a day quests. I know these are very annoying but they also provide you with good gear to begin with and give you XP balls (FREE) which grant you experience obviously. This is part where you actually need to start leveling. 1st thing to do is hop down to Twin City and grab one of those nooby clubs. Yes I mean a level 15 one and then buy rage from the Pedlar. Next Equip your katana and then your club in the left hand slot and head down to bird island. Attack frozen bunches of Birdmen and then use your fatal strike skill when your XP bar fills. This is the best way to level and I will talk about that skill later.

71-100
LEVEL YOU BUT OFF!!! I know that you have learnt some nice skills like Shiruken Vortex now but that is nothing compared to Fatal Strike. Don’t get sidetracked and hop to jail because yes you may kill a few higher levels but you can’t afford to slow down at any time. Grab that club and get back to bird island and attack all the bird if they are moving or not just pot off any damage taken and make sure to get your promotion at level 70 for your extra defense. Don’t give up because I tell you the power when you hit at least level 100 is just WOW. Keep up with your Monster Hunter quest and you will be on the right path in no time. Just keep going. Try not to make any enemies and don’t join a major guild yet because the noobier members of enemy guilds like to pluck of noobs and look hard. Atempt to do the Flame Lit event as many weeks as possible as this gives nice xp to all levels.

101-110
Finally your at the easy point. Now go do that pesky talisman quest and grab the ticket to leveling. Try to + your TOWER as best as you can then your gear then finally your FAN and weapons. You need as best defense as you can because after here you have 2 options, Either Lab 4 or Red Devils. Lab 4 is hard to get to and costs about 5 mill for the tokens on my server but it is hardly ever packed and gives great xp whereas Red Devils gives you the opportunity to do your Monster Hunter Quest aswell and has HUGE spawns but is packed with people most of the time. I suggest a mixture as when there are people at Red Devils you Hop down to Lab and wait till your fan and Tower Dura has dropped to 1/66 then you leave as without the tower your are probably 1 shot. Wherever you go try to take XP pots with you and take at least 5 clubs with you as the dura is VERY low on it and will run out quickly. Always upgrade your gear to the next level as this will help you level faster. I guess that’s all I can say for those levels.

111-120
Gratz now you have your DB Promotion. Either keep it for when you hit 120 to upgrade your weapon or sell it to pay for mets to upgrade the level of your gear. I always suggest to save it but I always need mets due to Super Gear. Get Down to Lab again and level as much as you can. I know levels 111-114 may be hard levels but once they are over it feels so good. If you have reasonably high magic defense then I suggest you head to Wine Zone or Basilisks to level as not many people go there. Maybe at basilisks you may find an archer Plvling but there is more than one spawn. Vary your spots to keep it interesting and just Level you butt off.

121-130
Well you made it. Congratulations you deserve it I’m serious. Just Do Demon Exterminator Quest and Wine Zone/2rb Zone with a 1rb friend. Just don’t RB till high level or you will regret it. That 1k extra hp can be a life saver. If you can DB Level, Xp Ball Level, Offline TG, Dis City, Class/Gender Pk Tournament anything that gives xp even its small because it all adds up.

Skills
Ninja skills are very odd in the way that on 3 of them can actually kill your PvP opponent. These are Twofold Blades, Shuriken Vortex and For our Pure Ninja friends Counter Kill.

Twofold Blades
Twofold Blades is hard to master but is very effective hitting 130% of your attack in 2 sweeps with no delay time between slicking and hitting. It is very hard as you must jump in close to your opponent (3 steps range) and then attack then using it but it is devastating when done correctly. This is a potters 2nd worst nightmare, something that can kill them too fast for them to pot :O!

Toxic Fog
This skill is what makes the difference in almost any situation. Like the tide turner in a battle. One hit of this at its fixed level and 80% of foes are running or saying stop. This deals 50% of their current hp every 3 seconds for a minute. Let me show you. A Trojan has 13,000 hp and I have just poisoned them with Toxic Fog. Their hp goes as followed. 13,000-6,500-3250-1625-812-406-203-102-51-25-13-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 all in 54 seconds as long as they don’t pot loads. The thing that balances this skill is amount of xp it gives per cast. At elementary you are getting a measly 0.016 xp per cast but it is so worth it when fixed. Also it takes up a whole 50 stamina so with Heavens Blessing you can cast it 3 times before sitting. The other thing is that it is dependant on Potency if you poison them or not so you need good gear, mentor and rank to always poison. The class of the rich.

Shiruken Vortex
This skill deals ¼ of your damage I believe every 2 seconds which is a lot of damage when you get VERY good gear as it can damage people a lot but also it gives you immunity to damage for 20 seconds which can be a life saver. But that immunity dosen’t include reflected damage so you can still die with multiple reflects. You can also do physical damage in this form but you cant jump so its hard unless they come to you.

Fatal Strike
This is a ninja’s stronger but less effective version of super man dealing 500% of your damage and teleporting to the next target after every kill. It only lasts 20 seconds and isn’t time increased after every kill but this is what makes ninjas level so quickly. You must know how to master this skill so you can train somewhere with big spawn that gives good xp but you can 1 hit and take minimum damage. Very easy to use and when training always use this skill as it brings the best xp.

Archer Bane
This skill is another potency dependant skill but it is an archers worst nightmare as it drops an archer from the sky without notice also dealing 10% of their health. It gives the player the chance to quickly Twofold blades them and claim victory with ease but this is also another stamina eater taking 50 per cast and can miss often. This skill normally send archers running as they are useless on the ground as they have low defense and are very vulnerable.

Poison Star
This can be another tide turner in any situation making the target unable to pot for 25 seconds when fixed. It can make all those pesky potters disappear with one foul swoop. Combined with Poison Fog and Twofold Blades you can take down almost any character including Taoists.

Counter-Kill
I’m not a 2rb ninja and neither are any people on my server so I will have to wait to update this.

RB Paths
As a ninja you have so many reborn paths but I will just mention a few and their main points.

Ninja-Ninja-Ninja Skills Jumped to fixed half way and never sell gear also you have poison star and counter-kill.

Tro-War-Ninja All ninja skills and Spirit Healing, Cyclone and Reflect.

Water-War-Ninja All ninja skills and Stig, Sheild, Accuracy, Divine Hare and Reflect

Weapon Options

As a Ninja when you hit 130 or whatever level and you are reborn you can re-allot your points to wear Trojan weapons which take strength but also gives more HP so you can FastBlade/SS but still have Poison Fog, Reflect and Archer Bane. When training you could also re-allot points to wear a 2h weapon but it is up to you.
