We've heard from some of our players that their Guilds were dismissed after the last maintenance. They were confused as to why, and after a short investigation we discovered the reason. The Guilds dismissed after the maintenance had Guild Leaders and Vice Leaders that lacked sufficient fleet funds. We understand that perhaps we didn't make this crucial rule clear enough to players beforehand. So, all Guilds dismissed before March 4th, 2009 for this reason will be recovered and reinstated, however, we won't take responsibility for this same issue after this. Please ensure that in the future your Guild management has sufficient fleet funds to maintain the Guild. Thank you for your understanding.

Some suggestions

1. Please make sure that fleet funds are sufficient (especially for the Guild Leaders' fleet) to prevent the fleet from being dismissed.

2. 10,000 or 20,000 silver coins will be deducted from the fleet's funds every day. In the meantime, there will be a prompt in the fleet channel. There is also a prompt that says your fleet will be dismissed if the fleet funds are less than 50,000 silver coins for 3 days in a row. Make sure you hand the fleet funds to the Captain of the Fleet of the Seven Seas in time.

3. We suggest other guild members especially the Vice Fleet Captain found other fleets to avoid the Guild being dismissed if the only fleet founded by the Guild Leader was dismissed.

Guild Leaders should found a new Guild with the original Guild name, and then contact our GM via Live Support during our working time. We will then reinstate all guild data up to March 4th.Our technician working time is from 9:00 pm to 5:00am next day EST (GMT-5).
