Dear fellow Pirates,

The huge Captains Rewards Program has been well received by our players since its release, but even after we’ve added additional regulation, we still found some club captains have been cheating. In the interests of fairness we have decided to update the additional regulation.

Note that:
1) Members of the Pirate Club must pass the 2nd advancement quest before graduation

2) The captains‘ alt characters that leveled-up intentionally by captains will not be counted

Again, we hope our captains can devote themselves to the development of their Pirate Club and win their rewards in an honest way.
