Dear fellow Pirates,

Our huge Captains Rewards Program has been well received by our players since its release, but recently some club captains have been caught cheating. In the interests of fairness we have decided to add the additional regulation.

Note that members of the Pirate Club must pass the 2nd advancement quest before graduation, so we hope our captains can devote themselves to the development of their Pirate Club and win their rewards in an honest way.
