Examine Info:	The cape worn by the world's best chefs.
Item Uses:	Armor.
Item Effects:	When equipped or operated, you get +1 Cooking level up to 100 temporarily. Allows you to enter the Cooks' Guild without a Chef's hat worn.
Item Options:	Wear, Use, Drop, Examine.
Requirements to Wear/Wield/Use/Make:	99 Cooking.
Respawn Location:	None.
Where Found:	Bought from the Head cook on the first floor of the Cooking Guild (see also notes section).
Notes:	Can be purchased when you achieve 99 Cooking level, for 99k. If you have one or more of the other skillcapes when you purchase the Cooking cape, then it will automatically be a Cooking cape(t), and will also come with the Cooking hood. If you don't have any other skillcapes when you purchase the Cooking cape, then it will not become trimmed until you purchase a second skillcape. When worn, you can do the special Cooking skillcape emote, accessed in the emotes tab. There is no wait to re-initiate the item effect. Can be placed inside your cape rack in your Costume room. If lost or destroyed, you need to go back to the skillmaster to retrieve and pay 99k again.
