When dealing with one opponent, you cannot avoid the attacks of another one that takes advantage of the situation. This skill enables you to escape from danger by exchanging a little bit of your life. Knock out the surrounding enemies attacking you and escape. This skill is more useful when you're been knocked down by successive attacks of your opponent.

Knocks down all opponents within the radius, unless they are defending.
Windmill ignores the target's Protection status when calculating critical rate.
Windmill's range increases at rank 5 and rank 1.
Windmill will always take 10% of the player's max health upon being unleashed, even when the player is in deadly status.
Windmill radius in general increases with sprite size. A Golem will have a gigantic windmill radius as compared to a Human character. Along these same lines, a Giant character will have a larger windmill radius than a Human of equivalent skill rank. (Notice that there is a difference between Windmill's range and Windmill's radius.)
Players can execute a counter attack with Windmill by preparing the skill as they are being knocked down (usually against a wall) by an opponent. As soon as the skill is finished loading, unleash it.
There is a method for using the skill known as an "auto-mill". It is executed in mostly the same manner, except the player must hold down the mouse button shortly after loading the skill. Upon doing this, the skill will automatically execute upon loading the skill if any monster is within the Windmill radius or as soon as any monster comes within the radius. If a monster has been targeted, it will not unleash until that particular monster has come within range.
When training multiple hits/kills, the player must hit four or more targets. To fulfill the "kill" condition they must finish all four targets simultaneously.
However, when training multiple strong kills/hits, only one of the targets must be strong. The rank that is counted is of the "strongest" monster in the group killed.
Many skills can be loaded while the player is still in the spinning animation phase of Windmill.

The player will be invincible for a brief moment during the spinning animation phase. However, the explosions caused by Lost Sahagins and Skeleton Squads will violate this principle.
Currently, when using a bow, the bow's damage will be applied to calculate Windmill damage. However, in a future generation, a patch will be applied where only bare hand damage is applied to Windmill damage if the user is holding a bow.
If the player's maximum Life is 10 HP or under, each Windmill will take 2 HP instead of 10%.
