Remark & Chart:

Enchant allows the player to imbue items with magical effects.
Most equipments can be enchanted with a Prefix and Suffix, but no more than one of each. For example, enchanting a prefix over an item that already has one will replace the pre-existing prefix.
An Enchant Scroll will vanish upon a successful enchant.
If the player Enchants by placing a Magic Powder in the right hand slot and the Enchant Scroll in the left hand slot, the Enchant Scroll will not disappear if the Enchant fails. Instead, the durability of the scroll will go down.
However, if the Enchant Scroll is used without activating the skill, the scroll will disappear even if enchanting fails.
Alternatively, the player can use Blessed/Elite Magic Powders, which are purchasable from NPC's.
There is no way to restore lost durability to an Enchant Scroll. Once it reaches 0% it will become useless. A higher Enchant skill rank will reduce durability less, provided the player fails.
Enchanting Rank has NO EFFECT on the success rate of enchanting. Enchant success rate is influenced mainly by the amount of Int the player has and the rank of the enchant scroll being used. However, Int past 200 will not influence success rate any further.
Enchanting success rate can also be increased by enchanting on Lughnasadh (Thursday), and by enchanting with elite magic powder.
Enchanting success rate is capped at 90%
Enchanting without using the skill and a Magic Powder will not fulfill any of the Training Methods.
Generating a "great success" is completely random. Skill rank and Scroll rank have no bearing on this.
Enchant scrolls of rank 9 and higher require that the item being enchanted already have an enchantment of the previous rank. This means that in order to enchant an item with a rank 6 enchant, for example, you must first enchant it with a rank A, 9, 8, and 7 enchant in that order.
It is possible to extract the enchantments from an item by burning it in a campfire. In order to do this, the player must have a mana herb and a Holy Water of Lymilark in their inventory. Pick up the item you wish to burn, click the campfire, and select "Enchanter's Burn". The item will be destroyed and converted to EXP or magic powder, and you will have a chance to receive an enchant scroll for one or both of the enchantments on the burned item.
Enchant Burning is dependent only upon the player's skill rank and the rank of the Campfire that the target item is being burnt in.
Caution: If an Enchant Scroll above rank 6 fails, the target item will be destroyed and vanish from the player's inventory.
It is possible to train the skill by enchanting pages from the Fireball and Arrow Revolver collection quests. Since it is not possible to fail, the only result generated will be a "success".
