The requirements for Guild Creation:
(1). Level 50
(2). Rank 3 race title.
(3). Non-guild member.
(4). 500,000 Gold (Non-refundable)

Guild Creation made simple:
Step 1: Present the guild creation application to the Chairman at Blython City Hall.
Step 2: Type in the guild name (limit 14 spaces) and the guild manifesto (limit 255 spaces) Note: If the guild name or the guild manifesto relates to politics or contains vulgar characters, the guild will be disbanded.
Step 3: The guild comes into existence after completing guild creation. The founder is named the Guild Leader.
Step 4: The system calculates the number of guild members at 06:00am every day and a guild that with less than 10 members will be disbanded.
Step 5: After the guild comes into existence, the Guild Leader gains the right to manage the guild and appoint official titles.
So you want to join a guild?

(1): Level 15
(2): Rank 1 class transfer title.
(3): Non guild member.
Players who meet the above requirements can search through existing guilds and read about them, including who their Guild Leader is, the number of members and their guild's manifesto by going to see the Chairman. After selecting a guild, just click "Join Guild" to apply to join. Applications can be rejected, so players should try and familiarize themselves with the guild members before joining. (Not only one application can be presented at a time).
Once a player is admitted to a guild, other applications are cancelled automatically. When a player joins a guild, the player gains a guild title and also activates the "Guild" icon.

Basic Guild Data:
Guild ID: The unique ID of a guild, consisting of 8 spaces at most. It is generated automatically.
Guild Name: The unique name of a guild, consisting of 14 spaces at most.
Guild Manifesto: The guild manifesto detailing the founders goals and principles, consisting of 255 spaces at most. It can be changed by the sitting Guild Leader.
Guild Founder: The name of the guild's founder, consisting of 14 spaces at most.
Guild Level: The guild's level. Guild level cap is 5.
Guild Reputation: Guild Reputation is gained by participating in Guild Wars. The guild gains 50 Guild Reputation each time the guild joins Guild Wars. If the guild wins and qualifies for the next round, it gains another 200 Guild Reputation. If it wins the semifinals, it gains another 400 Reputation. The overall champion gains and astounding 800 Guild Reputation with the runner-up gaining a respectable 600 Guild Reputation. Guild Reputation maxes out at 9999999.
Guild Military Successes: A Guilds military successes are calculated right after Guild Wars or a Siege War. The sum of guild members' wins is provided.
Guild Construction: It records the guild's construction. It is accumulated by doing guild quests and capturing resources. Guild Construction maxes out at 9999999 as well.
Guild Fund: The guild's total fund. It's accumulated by guild members' donations. Guild Funds max out at 2,000,000,000 Gold.
Guild Members: The total number of the guild's members.
Maximum Guild Members: The maximum members the guild can have currently. Depends on the guild's level.

Rank:
Guild members'rank in the guild.
Service Rate: It records the achievements the player gains during guild quests, guild wars, siege wars and mining wars. It decreases as players use guild functions.
Notes:
1. Service Rate decreases by 50% if the player leaves a guild.
2. Service Rate can be given to other players.
3. The Service Rate is usable in identifying items able to be equipped.
4. Guild members are displayed according to ranks in the guild in the guild member list. Guild officers are always displayed above, and the on-line common members are next to them.
Contribute: It records the player's contributions to the guild. It affects the Statue bonuses the player can gain. Guild contribution is deducted at 06:00am every day. If the guild contribution is at 0, it won't be deducted again but the player will not gain any Statue bonuses.
Offline: The last time the character logged out of the game.
