As the game goes on, you may need to team up with like-minded players to fight against Bosses you can’t handle by yourself, perhaps even pooling your resource to adventure together. A fellowship can be found among teammates. The quests completed can be shared by them on the same map. Doing them with other players is definitely more efficient when completing quests in game. Some elite quests involve teams and require teams to complete them. The Group interface will allow you to set up teams with other players.
Click on a player icon and send a Team Invitation to invite a player to join your team. You can find many eligible players waiting for grouping with you from your buddy list, guild members list or in your chat window. Click on their names to send your Team Invitation.

Players being invited will see an instant message invitation alert that is in the shape of an envelope icon flashing a message below the menu on the right side of their screen.

After clicking on the envelope icon, a message window will appear asking people to join the group.

Click the Confirm button to be added to a group. Right click a teammate’s icon to activate your selection from the pop-up menu. The available choices are to design a new team leader, remove someone from your team, split up the team, leave the team, add someone to your buddy list or chat with someone. Some of the selections are only active for team leaders.

The Group system in the game is quite smart. If the player you sent a group invitation to is already in a team, the message will automatically be changed. The new message will ask for permission to join that players team. This way you can find a team anywhere quickly and easily.
