24 hours of Open Beta and everything is in ship-shape: The Item Shop is working fine, the log-in servers are working perfectly and the servers are filled to the brim with players.

So it's a good time for a little Community Spotlight.

Technical Information and Server Status

We have the first external Server Status site - Mimmox, our valued RoM Mentor has put together a site with a server status monitor and a lot of useful information on several technical aspects of the game.

New Pre-OB Reviews

TenTonHammer (EN) and Mondes Persistans (FR) have published fresh Previews on their sites.

The TenTonHammer preview sums it up like this: "I enjoyed the quests because they made a concerted effort to craft a story that expanded to a more global view the longer I played, [...] When all is said and done, [...] writing this article only made me want to play it again."

PvP Ruleset now live on the site

We have compiled a bit of hard data and basic rules for all you PvP fans - did you know how much reputation you lose when you defeat a "good" character or how much you earn for killing this evil demon?

For the beginners, who want to check out how Player vs. Player fights work in Runes of Magic, we have a list of basic rules and guidelines.

Runes of Magic is in Open Beta - and there still might be some things that could be better, skills that could be improved or quests that take you a bit longer than expected...

US Site and Forums open

Right on time for the start of the Open Beta the US site and forums are open to the public.

Players on the US-based servers will find all the most recent news and information there, can get in touch with out offical support and find a helpful and friendly place to exchange information and find friends on the forums.

Please note that the EU RoM Support and Community teams are still available and happy to help all international players on the International (EU) servers.
