Where Found:	Given to you by Bill Teach after Completing Cabin Fever. The bookcases of your Player Owned House, upon completion of the Cabin Fever quest.
Notes:	Bill Teach will give you the book when you finish the Cabin Fever quest. It is a book about the history of piracy and contains pages of pirate slang. Full title: The Little Book o' Piracy. When you need to travel to Mos Le'Harmless after the Cabin Fever quest, you must have the book in your inventory or bank. If you ever lose your book, just go talk to Bill Teach at the Port Phasmatys docks on the Adventurous and he will give you another copy for free.
