What¡¯s going to change with the move to https://www.dofus.com/?

All account information will be displayed (full name, email address¡­).
Your previous transactions will be displayed.
Your most recent sanction will be displayed.

As of next week, you will be able to consult all information relating to your account.


What will the move to https://www.dofus.com/ involve?

Your new ¡°Manage your account¡± page will contain all your personal information, which means that you will have to be even more vigilant than before regarding the privacy of your account. If a third party finds out your login information, they will have access to all your account details.

Lending or giving away your account will no longer affect your characters alone, your personal information will also be compromised. For this reason, revealing your account details is all the more forbidden, for your own security.

What do these changes mean for the Support?

The sections ? my account has been stolen ? and ? I forgot my secret answer ? will be closed today (they will be accessible to those who have already submitted a ticket, but no new tickets may be submitted.) New procedures will be put in place to establish the identity of an account holder in the case of account theft.
