As part of the continuing migration of the game servers, Ankama Support will begin its migration in the next few hours.

No new tickets can be created for the duration of the migration. Only sections relating to payments, subscriptions and customer service (Shop), as well as previously created tickets (all sections) will be dealt with, until the evening of Tuesday 29th.

The Support website will be completely unavailable.
The reopening date will be announced soon.

All tickets posted in the incorrect section will be refused, as will all tickets which have no relation to the original issue.
