Greetings !

Since the 1.17.0 DOFUS update, some players have been facing problems while connecting to DOFUS.

This is due to some settings in your Flash Player 8 (or above), which aren¡¯t correctly set to enable the connection between the DOFUS client and our game servers.
You certainly receive the following message :
¡°You must set your Flash security parameters correctly to allow DOFUS on your computer¡±.

Here¡¯s a step by step explanation of what to do to fix this :

When launching DOFUS, right click on the game¡¯s screen. A little pop-up will come. Click on the ¡°Settings¡± line, as shown on the following screenshot (in French) :

Then, you¡¯ll have to click on the first of the four boxes displayed at the bottom of the newly opened window, as shown here :

Then, click on ? Advanced ?, and a page will open :

You¡¯ll be on the following page :

From this point, click on the Global Security Settings panel. Once there, do the following
:
- "Modify..."
(Red arrow : Etape 5)

• Then "Add..."

(green arrow: Etape 6) .

Now click on ? Search for a directory ?" (Step 7), and choose the DOFUS installation directory, which can be found in your Program Files directory) .

Be careful, you have to choose the whole directory, as follows : Step 8 .

To finish with, click on ? Ok ?, and choose ? Always accept ? : Step 9.

Then click on any other page, and come back to this one.

Once this is done, launch DOFUS again.
