1) When you buy these items, they will be Account Bound. This means you will not be able to sell them to other players.

2) These items can be purchased an unlimited number of times per day and they do NOT have a level restriction.

3) These items will be bound and have a level restriction (30) as well as a daily limit on how many you can purchase per day (3 purchases per day).
