Hello again,

We've been told that the developers know how to fix the guild creation problem on Venus and that it could be fixed in about 10 minutes minimum.

Also, this apparently was tied to the Buddy List not working on that server as well. So when the fix goes through for the guild creation, you should also be able to start adding people to your Buddy List as well.
