On the morning of Wednesday, May 28th we pushed out a new patch to City of Heroes and City of Villains. While this was mostly a follow up patch to the launch of Issue 12: Midnight Hour, it did include a few new features, including a new Hover animation along with other animation revisions and improvements and revision to some basic Stalker attributes.
