As part of Codemasters Online¡¯s continued growth and development we shall over the coming weeks begin reintegrating the current services provided by Alchemic Dream into our new internal support structure. In line with Codemasters Online's on-going commitment to provide the best possible service for players of all of our games, we are pleased to be in a position to build our own internal support services.



Alchemic Dream have provided an invaluable service whilst we established our MMOs and related support services for which we thank them greatly and wish them all the best on their future projects.



As Codemasters Online becomes an established and prominent figure in the world of MMOs it's time to move forward with our overall goals of becoming an all-inclusive service provider ranging from the hosting of the games themselves, right through to all associated support systems.



For our players it¡¯s important to stress that the day¨Cto-day processes will change very little as we are keen to keep the changeover process as smooth as possible for them. Any changes that might be forthcoming (such as changes to e-mail addresses or support contacts), which would involve our customers will be communicated and explained to you in full, as and when appropriate.



You may start to see some new "faces" appearing on the forums and within the game ¨C those are our new team members and will be identified as such. Please join us in welcoming them all on board!
