Save the Villagers

A terrible plague pervades the desert. At first it seems that Doctor Holt is trying his hardest to remedy the people of the villages. He asks for the help of heroes to collect Aweto, a Fire Spirit Fang and a Savior Pill for a new medicine. He will even give a meteor as a token of thankfulness.
      However, the Doctor won't make it easy for you to get he antidote -he'll make you work hard, run errands, kill monsters and collect items. Furthermore, he will hold out on giving you the crucial trade goods needed to exchange for the cure. It becomes apparent that the seemingly selfless doctor looks out for himself and his profits, first and foremost.

Save the Villagers
Prerequisites: Level 70 and above
NPCs: Doctor Holt (Backup City 474,254 or 442,258, Desert City 496,578 or 302,433 or 053,283), Antique Dealer (Bird Island 761,588)
Rewards: A meteor
Special: Doctor Holt is very difficult to find, as he moves from city to city. This quest involves going to and from different maps more than 8 times, so if you don't like running errands, this may not be for you.

i. Find Doctor Holt in the desert, and he will tell you the story and ask you for help.
ii. Go to the forest and kill Fire Spirit to get its Fangs. Go to the canyon; kill Macaque to get the Awetos (I recommend you get as more Fangs and Awetos as possible).
iii. Take the Fire Spirit Fangs and Awetos to Doctor Holt, and he will tell you how to get a Savior Pill:
      Find the Antique Dealer and exchange three antiques with him: Tang Fresco, King Sword and Amber Cup. Doctor Holt has all of them, but he won't give them to you even though the villagers are dying.
      He only gives you one of the antiques randomly if you give him a Fire Spirit Fang and an Aweto. Thus, you should prepare as many Awetos and Fire Spirit Fangs as possible to avoid repeated journey.
iv. After you get the three antiques ready, find the Antique Dealer in Bird Island to exchange for a Savior Pill.
v. Take the Savior Pill, Aweto and Fire Spirit Fang to Doctor Holt, and he will send you a meteor.
vi. As to the odd antiques left, you may sell them to Antique Dealer or repeat the procedure to make them in a set of Tang Fresco, King Sword and Amber Cup.
