Class Summary

The Gladiator is one of the eight advanced character classes in Aion. Gladiators are skilled in using a variety of weapons, ranging from swords to halberds, their ultimate goal being to master a wide variety of fighting techniques tailored to the characteristics of their weapons.

Playstyle

Gladiators prefer to defeat their enemies through brute force power and devastatingly accurate blows as opposed to fancy sword play and trickery. They specialize in close combat.

Weapons

The Gladiator will have every weapon made at his disposal to coat the dirt in the blood of their enemies.

They are portrayed with a Two-Handed Polearm, but should be able to pick between all of the melee weapons.

Weapons Vs. Skills

Since the Gladiator is able to use the majority of the weapons, his skills are numerous and varied. They can use most weapons, and are a good balance of tanking and damage. The skills will do decent damage, but not as much as the damage based characters. In addition, they will be able to withstand a significant amount of damage, but cannot do so as much as the tanking characters, most prominently the Templar.

This class is very customizable to the player's needs and style.

Builds

There will be no availability to create custom builds of the Gladiator or any other class, since the aspect points will be taken care of when you level automatically. You can use Stigmas to add custom skills and attributes to the character.

Stigmas

There is no info on Stigma specifications yet, but for a Gladiator, you can build it up with whatever stigmas you wish, to create the class you prefer to play as.
