Class Summary

The Assassin is one of the eight advanced character classes of Aion. Assassins are experts in deft movement and the silent termination of their target. Employing a simple but deadly strategy, there are endless tactics with which to exact a swift and soundless blow to unsuspecting foes.

Playstyle

The main combat strategy of this class is to approach the enemy stealthily, then deal high damage with one mighty blow, targeting the enemy???s vital areas.

Weapons

The Assassin will use Daggers in expert ways to destroy their enemies in the blink of an eye. If things get hairy in close quarters, the Assassin will also be able to pull out a bow like their cousin class, the Ranger, and turn their enemies into swiss cheese

Short swords are a possibility, but unconfirmed.

Daggers

The main weapon of the Assassin will be dual daggers. The majority of its skills will be based off of this weapon. You will also use skills to get behind their enemies for maximum damage, as well as sneak around in stealth to get in the best position to deal maximum damage.

Bow/Arrow

While not nearly as proficient as the Ranger, it has been revealed that the assassin will have access to a Bow and Arrow.

Builds

There will be no availability to create custom builds of the Assassin or any other class, since the aspect points will be taken care of when you level automatically. You can use Stigmas to add custom skills and attributes to the character.

Stigmas

There is no info on Stigma specifications yet, but Stealth increase and critical damage increase Stigmas will be the stigmas you will want to work at adding.
