Currently some players may be experiencing some issues with our
Premium shop, including:
1. Loading Screen Stuck on nCash Recharge.
2. Premium Item purchased, but no items are received.

For those players that have experienced one of these two issue,
we ask that you continue with the following instructions:

Players with problem 1 - Send an inquiry titled "Prem Loading Issue"
Players with problem 2 - Send an inquiry titled "Prem Charge Issue"

The inquiry you submit should contain the following information:
 
- What is the problem that you've experienced?
 

- Account ID & Character ID:  
   EXAMPLE123/ omgblade

- Where do you connect from(Specific Location and Country):
   Residence, PC Cafe, School, etc
   US, China, Europe, etc
