In order to address the issues with the latest Cash shop update, we will be required to take down the CABAL service tomorrow morning at 9.00CT (Cabal Time). The hot fix will apply several key changes to the faulty cash shop items and will reintroduce the items removed on Wednesday evening.

What does the update include?
The update will simply address the problems with the latest cash shop update. This includes:

• Changing the properties of the Capella suits. They will now be avatar items as intended.
• Changing the duration on the Halloween items to 30 days as intended.
• Changing the descriptions of the Costumes and Epulattes to make it clear which item is which.

What about the items I received?
As announced on Wednesday, we will not be rewinding the servers. Instead we have decided on the following actions:

• Users who purchased the stand-alone (i.e. not in a gift box) Capella Nation Costume only to find that it incorrectly replaced your epulatte item will receive a replacement version. This new version will act as an avatar item as intended.
• Users who purchased a Pumpkin Head item will find that its stats have been changed to "bind to account". For those users who incorrectly purchased a large number of these items we will be offering a CABAL Cash refund service. Furthermore users who held an old (i.e. purchased it before yesterday) and unbinded version of the item will be able to request their item is unbinded. Both of these actions will require you to contact the support department.
• Type A,B,C Candy items will also be bound to the account. The item will not be re-added to the shop this week, however we do plan on selling both a permanent and 30 day version of this item. If you wish a refund on this item please contact the support department.
