If you are using the windows firewall and are completely sure that you do not have any other firewall installed on your system, then you use these steps to configure.

Click on 'Start', choose 'Control Panel',



Select 'Switch to Classic View' if the window is in Category View.



Double-click on 'Windows Firewall',



Open your windows firewall settings, click on the 'exceptions' tab
Ensure that the tick box next to 'launcher.exe' is checked.
If you cannot find 'launcher.exe', click on the 'Add Program' button
If you cannot find launcher.exe in the list, use the 'Browse' option

Browse to 'c:program filesacclaim2moonslauncher.exe (default location)' and click 'open' Click on 'OK'

If you have a different firewall-

Ensure that you add 'launcher.exe'in the program exception list. If you are unsure of how to perform this, please contact your anti-virus provider or visit their website for help with instructions. You can also try disabling or uninstalling your anti-virus to check if it is causing the issue, however you must activate and configure your windows firewall while doing this.

To configure Windows Firewall, Use the above steps. (If you use only Windows Firewall or need to use it temporarily!)

Open - 'www.google.com' and type in the search box - firewall setting <name>
Check the searched results list for an appropriate website which offers a guide on how to configure the settings for your firewall and how to add exceptions.

Disabling your firewall may also render your system vulnerable to malicious programs on the internet, you must be careful and activate your windows firewall before or if you disable your software, de-activate the windows firewall after you reactivate or reinstall the software.
