Background	Garvan is in the hostile town of Donnvail. Branan told you four names, Hillmen of Donnvail who may be willing to rise against their Angmarim masters. He told you to look for Garvan, Morven, and Uthagan, and if they were of no avail, to look for Una, somewhere in Donnvail.
Description	TIP: This is a pretty simple quest, and a nice compliment if your doing other quests in the area. The NPCs you have to talk to all have a gold ring and are all on the way back to the Silent Judge. The third NPC will shout for the guards when you speak to him, but otherwise it is just turn ins.
