Description	SPOILER: Run up to the small bookshelf with floaty names on. Turn right run and touch the bigger bookshelf. Turn right and take 2 or so steps and you will see another small bookshelf (doesnt have a floaty name) and the recipe is a piece of paper on top of the bookshelf.
