Description	NOTE: There is a lot of confusion here regarding Orc Campaign and Orc Battle Medallions. There are actually two separate quests. The first is Orc-Battle Medallions, which is a level 38 quest. Once you have completed this quest a number of times and have gained favor, Nethur will offer you the Orc-Campaign Medallion quest. You can not do Campaign Medallions until you have achieved the second reputation rank.
