You must not have bad Singing Mountain Clan faction to do this quest.
Converse with Vurlene.

Follow waypoint to "Nightsister Patrol" and Kill 2 Nightsister initiate and a Nightsister Patrol Leader.

Once you have killed the Nightsister Patrol Leader, A Jar of Healing Salve will appear in your inventory, take it back to Vurlene.

Return to Vurlene for your reward.
