Warden Vinzel Haylon sends you to retrive an escaped prisoner, Ezker 'The Brain' Keanin.

Go to the waypoint and speak to Ezker 'The Brain' Keanin, and then esort him back to Warden Vinzel Haylon to complete this quest.
