A commoner is standing next to the Starport Entrance as you come to Trade Outpost on Dathomir, at LOC: 611, 3084.
The only current purpose for this quest, is to get the waypoint to the Crashed Site badge at the Crashed Civilian Transport Ship, which is a location badge, but with no POI in players datapads.
The Badge can be gotten at LOC: 5720, 1933
