Dantooine. After receiving the item inside the box.

Head back to Tatooine and speak with Boba Fett again letting him know of your research and he'll inform you that you should rest up for your next
mission and gives you.

Two Choices: Carbines or Rifles
To which will give you either the DC15 Rifle or DC15 Carbine based upon your selection.
