Introduction quest to Mirla

Descend to the lower levels, and talk to the NCP to get an entry key, you have to be quick because the elevator and turrets will be reset if yu take to long
To get the Badge of Compassion you must deliver a letter to Mirla (a worker)
To obtain the Hero of the Empire badge you must collect all 4 evidences, and turn them over to NCP, located just inside the entrance to Theed Palace

By completing this mission, you recieve the Badge of Compassion
