After talking with Wedge, he tells you that you are to get the keys to a storehouse from the Quartermaster.

Wedge's instruction's:
"The Quartermaster is the only one who has the unique code-cylinder on him to open up the storehouse."Here is where the Quartermaster can be found, but he may need some convincing handing over the code, so dont be shy, and use your weapon if you need too."

Proceed to the location.
Once you have completed your mission, return to Wedge for your reward of 0 credits
