To complete the Scavenger Hunting mission you need to collect 3 items: 1 Shiliskin Tentacle Cluster, 1 Drachnid Silk Gland, 2 Shopping Swords. When you have the 3 items (4 including the 2nd sword) hand them back in to Treddlehoop for to receive Treddlehoops Signature Monocle.

Shiliskin Tentacle Cluster

The tentacle clusters are dropped by the illiskin soldiers in the Ruins of Illsalin in the areas marked as 1 on this map. You can either go in from below through the undead area or above.

Drachnid Silk Gland

Glands are dropped by the drachnids walking along the bridges and inside the hives inside The Hive.

Chopping Swords

These are dropped somewhat rarely by the orcs in Stoneroot Falls. The best place to camp them is in the area marked by the ones on this map.
