Description Just open the coffer in Garliage
Walkthrough The key is dropped by Wraith's, Fallen Mages and Fallen Knights in the basement of garliage. The coffers spawn behind banishing gates 2 and 3 so you need at least 4 people(2 with sneak) to get to the coffer.

What I did once I got the key was load up with 24 sneak oils and head to banishing gate 2 with a few friends. We opened the gate and everyone used the zone out behind gate 2. The coffer will respawn after an hour if no one opens it so I just zoned in, tossed up a sneak oil and ran around the area behind gate 2 looking for the coffer (there is a broken stairway with a small drop down, the coffer can spawn on the stairs but if you drop down you cannot exit the dungeon without the help of 3 other people so dont drop down)
