Information:	He looks like Bob, he will appear to you and teleport you to his island where you must grab a net and fish for him. After you catch the (cooked) fish, you must find the amulet of Humanspeak and give it to him, and give him the fish. He will then tell you to uncook it. After a random amount of fish, he'll fall asleep and you can escape through the portal and get random xp in any skill. He also brings you to another randmon event, where you pull a lever, and it shows a balloon animal, you have to pop the right one for the keys to get out.
