Introduction:

Welcome to the city of Port Phasmatys, the city where ghosts dwell. You will find a few interesting things in this city that you can do. It is not required you complete the Ghosts Ahoy quest to enter here, but it is recommended that you have the Ghostspeak amulet. For much faster travel, you may use your ectophial. This is a member's only area.

City Guide:

1. Pirate Pete:
   Pirate Pete is the person you speak to to start the Rum Deal quest. He will take you to Braindeath island. He is also Party Pete's cousin.
   
   
   
   
2. Ectofuntus:
   This is the area where you can worship the Ectofuntus and gain quadruple experience in prayer rather than burying. On the middle floor of this place you have ghost disciples and Necrovarus. This is where you refill your ectophial after using it to get here. For more information on worshiping the Ectofuntus, please refer to the Prayer Skill Guide.
   
   
   
   Note: a little west of the Ectofuntus you will find a 'Full Farm' containing an Allotment, Herb, and Flower patch. For more information please refer to the Farming Skill Guide.
   
   
3. North gate:
   This is one of the entrances of Port Phasmatys. If you have not completed the Ghosts Ahoy quest, you will have to to pay 2 Ecto-tokens to enter.
   
   
   
   
4. Market:
   This is the port's marketplace area. Here you have Gravingas walking around protesting, even after you finish Ghosts Ahoy, about the downfall of Necrovarus. Other than that, you have some ghosts villagers wandering around the area just minding their own business. To the West of the marketplace you have another entrance in and out of the city, you still have to pay 2 Ecto-tokens if you haven't done Ghosts Ahoy.
   
   
   
   
5. Velorina's house:
   In this house lives Velorina. She is the person you talk to to start Ghosts Ahoy After the quest, if you lose your ectophial, she will give you back another. She will not give you two ectophial's, even if you try to trick her by dropping it (Because it will smash if you drop it).
   
   
   
   
6. Pub:
   This is the local pub that you will find very interesting. Inside the pub you have the Ghost innkeeper, Bill Teach, and Robin. The innkeeper will give you a brown bedsheet to bring to Robin. Bill Teach is a person that you talk to during Cabin Fever. Robin is someone you talk to during Ghosts Ahoy that you play Runedraw against the get his signature. Under the pub is a hidden brewery that you can use for your ales. For more information on Brewing, please refer to the Brewing Guide.
   
   
   
   
7. General store:
   This is the local general store, nothing new or fancy here. This is a good place to buy pots and buckets for use when you worship the Ectofuntus since it's almost full of stock on those items all the time.
   
   
   
   
8. Range:
   In this house you have a range that you can use to cook your raw food on.
   
   
9. Bank:
   This is the bank, which is located on the very South end of the city. It is recommended you have your Ghostspeak amulet on so you can use the quick-bank feature much faster. Outside of the bank, along to the walkways, is the best place to firemake because it has three rows you can use for nonstop burning.
   
   
   
   
10. Furnace:
    This is the port's furnace at which you can use to smelt your bars and cannonballs or anything else you might find the furnace usefull for! This is the best place to smelt your bars since it's the closest furnace to a bank in all of RuneScape!
    
    
    
    
11. Ghost captain:
    The ghost captain driving this row boat will take you to Dragontooth Island for 25 Ecto-tokens during and after Ghosts Ahoy.
    
    
    
    
12. Ak-Haranu:
    Ak-Haranu is talked to during the Ghosts Ahoy quest and he will sell you bolt racks to use for your Kharil's crossbow.
    
    
    
    
13. Boat:
    This boat has no real use, except just sitting there and rotting, but you can talk to the ghost sailors wandering around the area.
    
    
    
    
14. Charter Ships Dock: This is the port charter ship, where you can go anywhere around RuneScape with one of these charter crews. For more information on the Charter ships, please refer to the Transportation Guide.
    
    
    
    
15. Adventurous:
    This is Bill Teach's ship, the Adventurous. He will sail you to Mos Le'Harmless after you complete Cabin Fever. You don't have to have your Book o' piracy in your inventory to go to Mos Le'Harmless, you can have it in your bank as well.
