Introduction:
On March 11, 2008, Jagex released a new dungeon between Edgeville and Barbarian Village. This dungeon is called The Misthalin Training Centre of Excellence, the place where you can fight against monsters, complete a new Mini-Quest, unlock a new Emote and obtain a new item, known as safety gloves. Can you pass through the Mini-Quest and enter to the dungeon which is full of monsters?

The Stronghold of Player Safety is available to all players, both free and Members.

Reward: 2 Antique lamps (500 exp each), Unlocks 'Safety First' emote, 10k coins, and Safety gloves.

Location:

The Misthalin Training Centre of Excellence lies between Edgeville and Barbarian Village. You can teleport there via Skull Sceptre (Stronghold Of Security).

Instructions:

1. After you have arrived to The Misthalin Training Centre of Excellence, go behind the house and click Use Jail Entrance to get down.
   
   
   
   
2. Once you're in the dungeon, go North and talk to the Guard.
   
   
   
   
3. There are 8 prisons in the dungeon. Go in front of these prisons and click Read-plaque on Jail door. One prison has broken so you can ignore it.
   
   
   
   
4. After reading all plaques, go and speak to the Guard again. He will tell you about how to use Report Abuse. After you have talked to him, you can go upstairs using the stairs which are just east of Guard.
   
   
   
   
5. The stairs will lead to the Exam Centre, back to the ground. Find Professor Henry and talk to him.
   
   
   
   
6. Professor Henry will tell you that you can complete the player safety test. Click yes when he asks if would you like to take the test and he will give you the test paper.
   
   
   
   
7. Click the Test Paper to start the test. There are 10 questions on the test. Click the box next to that alternative which you think is right.

8. Once you have answered all these questions, give the Test Paper to Professor Henry. Professor Henry will look it and give you reward.
   
   
   
   

Congratulations! You have completed this Mini-Quest!



Experience lamps will give you 500 exp per lamp any skill of you choose.
After you have completed this new Mini-Quest, you can enter the dungeon from that prison which is broken (see step 3).

Go to the broken prison and pull-back poster to get floor two.

Go to the North-East part of the dungeon and climb up using the stairs.

Once you're in the floor 3 go a little West and go to the room where there are a few Cockroach Soldiers (level 83). Pull the lever which is in the rear of the room.

Go back to the floor 2 using the same stairs. Enter the hidden tunnel just East of the place where you are.

Follow the tunnel until you get to the intersection. Go a bit North and you'll notice a chest on the right.

Open the Treasure Chest. Congratulations! You get 10k coins and Safety gloves.
