Description	This quest is given by Shir Clowenks d'Phiarlan in the Wayward Lobster in The Harbor. It takes you inside of Osgood's Basement to obtain an Artifact Case. The first room is defended by an Iron Defender. Defeat it and then pull the lever to open up the basement door. The second room contains an Iron Defender and a smuggler. You must pull two levers in this room, one is hidden behind some crates. This will reveal a secret corridor. This is a large dungeon, though it is pretty easy. Follow the progression on our map to make things easy on yourself. You will need to twist some valves in order to open up the gates, and the progression shown will keep you from backtracking. The dungeon culminates with a fight with Shriketalon and three smugglers who are in his room. This results in a chset and the Artifact Case.
