City of Villains currently retails at an MSRP of $19.99 with a DVD Collector's Edition at an MSRP of $39.99. A combined "Good Versus Evil" edition with City of Heroes, which also gave access to exclusive in-game powers, was released in October 2006 for $29.99. All versions also include the first month of subscription fees (see below) to the game.
