<name>, there are secrets in the world that we do not yet possess. The Shattered Hand in Orgrimmar can lead you to one of these secrets: the method for brewing deadly poisons. Do as they ask and you will gain their trust.

To reach Orgrimmar, take the portal in Silvermoon City to Undercity. Then, travel outside the city and find the nearby tower where the goblin Zepplins pick up their passengers. From there, fly to the city of Orgrimmar where you can find Shenthul in the Cleft of Shadow.
