No one can avoid the His Majesty's command. Join my men in this task. Go to Guard Arian in front of the south gate of the city and inform him you're participating in the war.

Everyone will participate in this operation whether you're a guild member or a mercenary soldier. So go to Guard Arian in front of the South Gate of the city and inform him that you're participating in the war.
