The challenges Nezekan players have faced has meant that their game play has been limited or greatly impacted. In an effort to provide an improved game play experience to our Oceanic residents, we have recently offered a manual transfer process for players on Nezekan to transfer to another server of their choice.On May 4, 2011, we will transition the remaining players on Nezekan to the Zikel server. Please visit our Nezekan Transition FAQ for more information on the upcoming changes.

All active and inactive Nezekan players will join the players on Zikel and receive a NK server tag added to the end of their name. Players will also receive a free name change ticket for each character should you wish to remove the server identification tag or rename your character. Legions from Nezekan with name conflicts will receive a server identification tag of NK. The Brigade General of Legions who have their name changed will receive a free Legion Name Change ticket.

Our manual transfer process is still available to those active subscribers on Nezekan. Those players who wish to transfer to a server other than the destination server of Zikel may request a transfer before the transition. The transfer request must be made by Wednesday, April 27, 2011.

To apply for a manual transfer off Nezekan, please contact Customer Service. To expedite the process, please list all your characters you are transferring and the destination server of your choice. We cannot transfer characters to a server if you already have characters residing there of another race; you cannot have both Elyos and Asmo on the same server for an account. In order to transfer you must not be in a Legion, must remove all items and kinah from your account warehouse and must remove all items and kinah from the trade broker.
