Highlights of Patch 5300

Improvements:

Character Level Cap increased to 138.
Twin City & Phoenix Castle Boss drop rate increased. Provides more chances to drop normal & refined items.
Wild Kingdom & Lucky 7 Servers: The Final Minimum Damage rate will receive an adjustment, which will continue to be tested on these servers for 1 week. Please join in the discussion and voice your own opinions! Once the test is complete and the rates are set, we'll update this PK modification for all servers.

Bug Fixes & Modifications

NPC Refinery Stabilizer (Market 299,212) returned to Classic CO servers.
A mentor will not be able to receive Exp from his apprentice when he reaches level 138.
Some in-game translation modifications have been made.

Double Exp Weekend Events and Summer Events have concluded.
