Highlights of Patch 5297

For the Wild Kingdom Server Group & Lucky 7 Server
The new Final Minimum Damage Rule will be implemented after the maintenance. (Note: This new PK damage rule will first be tested out on the above servers. Please note that these are not the final figures. We will still be focusing on adjusting the rates as needed, but we need your feedback! Please take some time to try out the adjusted damage for PKing, and then join in the discussion!)

For all servers:

1. The meteors and DB socketeting rates will be increased.
2. Equipment de-leveling price changed to 54 CPs. See the Magic Artisan (Market 179,208) for more information.
3. Fix the HP bar of some monsters.
4. Fix the incorrect dragon soul.
5. Horse Racing Teleporter (Horse Racing Map 60,144) bug wll be fixed.
