Hello all, I'm so happy to see you here again! Last time, we talked about the Potential Pill, and today, I'd like to tell you about pet rebirth in the new version!

At present, not all pets are able to be reborn in the new version. Those that are include: Xaolan, Shasha, Clive, Magellan, Qlaya, Roca, Niss, Fred, Hayate, Elin and Kanako.

Rebirth Requirements
First off, your pet must be at least Level 100, then all the pet rebirth related quests must be finished, including the death quest. After you finish the death quest, you must go to the Church in Holy Village, and use stars to save your pet. Then go visit the Energy Caster in the Hanging Garden, he'll help your pet be reborn.

Now, as an example, check out lovely Xaolan.



1. Complete the 2 quests for Xaolan.

2. Go to the 2nd floor of Stoowa Isle and make your way over to the top right corner. There you'll find a mystic statue, double click it and to trigger Xaolan's death quest.

3. A huge, bloody spider will appear and promptly attack Xaolan...

4. ...killing her. Remember, this is the first step on the path to being reborn. You can still save her!

5. Hurry to the Church in Holy Village, and use 4 stars to save her! (Different pets require different numbers of stars. Xaolan requires 4.)

6. Then, go to find the Energy Caster. But where is he?
First, go to the Hanging Garden, heading over to a special place to the North, at the top of the map. Go through it to reach the Back Jungle, where you'll see lots of parrots.

7. Look at the mini - map, go through the spot in the top right corner, to reach a cave.

8. As the arrow shows, you must go through the underground chamber to find the Energy Caster.

9. Talk with the Energy Caster, and the rebirth process will be initiated. (Make sure your pet is Level 100+ and in Battle mode.) (You can select Battle mode on the Team Information Page.)

10. You must remove all of Xaolan's equipment before the rebirth process begins.

11. During the rebirth, a dialogue box like the one above will pop up. You can use the Random button to choose a group of attribute points (in red) that you like.

12. The black numbers are the total attributes points Xaolan will have after rebirth. (Including original and rebirth attribute points.)

13. After that, click the Confirm button to finish the rebirth process.

14. After rebirth, Xaolan will have a new suit, and 99 levels will be deducted. She'll also get a new wand and a new skill.

15. The suit she was wearing before the rebirth process is now obsolete and cannot be used.

16. After rebirth, if the pet leaves your team, you must then get the pet back from Aba in the Church of Holy Village.

Q & A
I got a question, after the rebirth, sometimes when I use the Pet Lethe Scroll, why is it that I cannot add ATK points on INT? When I try I get a message saying: Unable to forget basic ability.



Doctor J: Oh, that's easy, I first encountered this problem when I used a Pet Lethe Scroll on a pet that had been reborn. I discovered that, after being reborn, the pet's basic ability points were also increased, so even if a Pet Lethe Scroll was used, it wouldn't affect the basic ability points. Take Xaolan for example, after my Xaolan was reborn, her basic ability looked like this:

The basic STR points are 19, so even if a Pet Lethe Scroll was used to drop STR points, it didn't have any effect.

Also, ability points increased by rebirth are random.
