Recently, we had an issue for a lot of Gold Ticket winners where they had won gold tickets, but it did not show up on their screen. We have fixed the problem though, and players should be relieved to know that all gold tickets won during the time were recorded in our system.

Please log in to Cabal and check your gold ticket balance. You may have gotten gold tickets you were not aware of. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
