Updating Your E-mail Address and Opt-In Status Choose which method you wish to use:

- Start Station Launcher and Log-In.

- Click on "Account" then "E-Mail Settings" in the top menu.

- Enter your password in the "Password" field and click "Continue".

- A new window called "E-mail Settings" will appear. Here you can see the current e-mail on file with SOE and whether or not it has been verified. If your e-mail is not verified, you should click on the "Verify" button to do so. If you do not wish to change your e-mail address skip to step 6.

- Click on the "Change" button if you wish to update your e-mail address. You will be prompted to enter a security question for your protection. Enter the answer and click "OK".

- Enter your new e-mail address in the "New E-mail Address" field and re-enter it in the "Confirm New E-mail" field and click "OK". We recommend using a reputable e-mail provider to help ensure delivery of e-mails from SOE.

- Now you will need to verify your e-mail address and make sure you can receive e-mails from SOE. Click the "Verify your e-mail address" button.

- You will be prompted to enter a security question for your protection. Enter the answer and click "OK". An "E-mail Verification" window will appear informing you that an e-mail has been sent to your e-mail address on file.

- You will receive an e-mail from Station@station.sony.com with an e-mail verification link. If you do not receive an e-mail within 3 hours, please check your "spam" and "junk e-mail" folders. Also, add station@station.sony.com and info@soe.com to your Address Book. Click HERE for instructions on adding e-mail addresses to your Address Book.

- Once you receive the e-mail address verification e-mail, click on the included link. This will open a web browser and you will be prompted to enter your password. Enter your password in the "Password" field and click "Continue". You will now see that your e-mail address has been verified.

- Now, be sure to scroll down and check " Star Wars Galaxies鈩? from the Games list to OPT-IN and click "OK" to receive e-mails about Star Wars Galaxies. If you do not do this you will not receive email updates, information and special offers related to Star Wars Galaxies.

Congratulations, your e-mail address has been updated and verified! Please note that due to the nature of the internet we do not guarantee that all e-mails will be delivered as intended.

- Click on "My Account" then "Change E-Mail Settings" in the top menu.

- Enter your "Station Username" and "Password" in the empty fields and click "Continue".

- This is the "E-mail Settings" page, here you can see the current e-mail on file with SOE and whether or not it has been verified. If you do not wish to change your e-mail address skip to step 7.

- Click on the "Change" button if you wish to update your e-mail address. You will be prompted to enter a security question for your protection. Enter the answer and click "OK".

- Mouse over the Sender or From Name, [info@soe.com]
- Click the Add Contact link located on the right within the pop-up window.
- Click Add Contact located at the bottom of the window.
- info@soe.com is now saved to your address book
Comcast
- Open the e-mail message and then click on the link directly below the sender's name, titled Add to Address Book.
- Add info@soe.com. The E-mail Address field should be pre-formatted with info@soe.com.
- Click add when you are finished entering all contact information.
- info@soe.com is now saved to your address book.
Gmail
- Click the Contacts link located on the left navigation.
- Click the first icon located under Contacts title.
- Type info@soe.com in the e-mail box located on the far right.
- Click the Save button.
- info@soe.com is now saved to your address book.
MSN/Hotmail
- After opening the message, click the Options button located in the upper right corner.
- Click "More Options" from the dropdown menu.
- Under the 'junk e-mail' section click the Safe and Blocked Senders link.
- Click on the Safe Senders link.
- info@soe.com should automatically appear.
- Enter info@soe.com if it does not appear automatically.
- Click the Add to List button.
- info@soe.com is now saved to your address book.
Outlook
- After opening the message, right-click info@soe.com.
- From the drop-down menu, select Add to Outlook contacts...
- Click the Save and Close button.
- info@soe.com is now saved to your address book.
Yahoo! Mail
- Open the e-mail.
- Highlight the e-mail address at the top of the e-mail.
- Right-click the highlighted e-mail address and select Copy from the drop-down menu.
- On the left side of your screen, next to Contacts, click Add .
- In the E-mail field, right-click and select Paste.
- Click Save.
- info@soe.com is now saved in your address book.
Yahoo! Mail Classic
- After opening the e-mail, click the Add sender to Contacts icon located to the right of the soe.com from address.
- Click Add to Address Book.
- info@soe.com is now saved in your address book.
